Central Service Expiration Information
You will receive notification by email when your affiliation with Colorado State University ends. You then have a limited amount of time to continue accessing central and other eID services such as your email account on lamar, wireless network access, WebCT, etc. The expiration dates (from date of graduation, termination, etc.) for these services are shown below.
Faculty and Staff
30 days
Students (Undergraduate and Graduate)
1 year
Exceptions
- Exchange Email/Calendar: 45 days
- Dialup Modem Subscriptions: Immediately
- RAMweb: Access to some RAMweb services (e.g. unofficial transcript) will never expire for students (see RAMrecords)
