Walk-in, hands-on technical support for computer, software, and connection problems for users with computers, laptops, tablets, and more


The Computer Diagnostic Center assists users troubleshoots and/or diagnoses problems accessing ACNS’s Central Services or Systems. The CDC also provides basic troubleshooting, and support for personal computers used by students, faculty and staff that are used to access ACNS’s Central Services or Systems (Non-departmentally issued devices).

The CDC also provides support to customers who are having problems with their own personal computers. Customers can consult with the CDC staff for Technical Support needs. The Computer Diagnostic Center technicians can advise you on virus protection, routine computer maintenance, hardware and operating system, problems, operating system rebuilds, data backup, etc.
