Desktop Support is a contracted subscription-based service of managing and supporting computer workstations, laptops, file shares, and direct- and network-attached printer services for departments.

Options include managed or unmanaged workstation contracts which come with network attached storage. Extra storage available for purchase.

Managed workstation customers receive complete desktop/laptop support including applying all software updates for supported software, configuring and deploying new machines, troubleshooting, repairs, and 10GB (or more) of networked storage (including backup and recovery)
