A web-based administration portal for certain entities/attributes in Office 365 which is made available to academic and administrative units on campus to enable local coordination and control.


Control of prefixes and creation of local groups, shared resources, certain mailboxes, calendar items and rooms, unified messaging, and voicemail.

Subnet managers and resource coordinators (IT professionals)

Getting Started:

  • Request this service: Existing authorized users can log in to the Resource Coordinator Tools section on the left-hand side of
