For detailed information about Alumni services visit the Alumni website.

Access expiration:

You will receive notification by email when your affiliation with Colorado State University ends. Students have one year from that point to continue accessing central and other eID services – including your student email (@Rams or O365), Canvas, etc. After that one year, you will no longer have access to your student email.

Access to some RAMweb services (e.g. transcripts) will never expire and can be accessed through RAMrecords.

Lifetime Email Accounts:

Your student email account expires within a year of graduation or leaving CSU.

Alumni Accounts – which last for life – are created automatically for upcoming graduates (and for all graduates since Spring 2013). If you graduated in the spring of 2013 (or later) your @alumni.colostate.edu account was created for you. When we notify you that your @Alumni account has been created, all you need to do is create a password, log in, and transfer over any information you want to keep from your student account. More information about lifetime email accounts can be found on the Alumni website.
